URMA Account Creation

In order to access the URMA system you must:

  • Attend one of the "Records Management for . . ." classes or, if you have not taken a class in the last year, a "Records Management Refresher" course. The current list of classes along with links for registration are found on the Training Page.

  • Determine which role, Records Administrator or Records Coordinator, you will assume for your department or office. See Selecting your URMA Role for more information.

  • Submit the URMA Supervisor Authorization Form. Once submitted, a copy of the information will be emailed to your supervisor. The supervisor should review the information and reply to RIM indicating approval.

  • Attend an URMA Hands-on class or a one-on-one training session. The current list of classes along with links for registration are found on the Training Page. One-on-one sessions can be scheduled by emailing RIM.
