Staff Meeting Presentations
Does your team know how to manage the records they create and use every day? Not sure what to keep or what to destroy or delete? Need guidance on email, teams, shared drive, etc.? The Records & Information Management Office will attend your staff meeting to talk about the fundamentals of records management and answer your questions.
Meetings can be in person or virtual, and include a standard RIM introduction presentation, a department focused presentation and/or discussion on your specific team’s issues. presentations can run anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour depending on your needs and criteria. Requests must be made at least two weeks in advance.
