URMA Available After System Update

RIM will relaunch the University Records Management Application (URMA) on Monday, January 31 after a major system upgrade. URMA is a web-based tool designed to help departments keep an inventory of their physical and electronic records. The upgrade moved URMA to the Gimmal cloud and implements single sign on access, simpler user processes, and continual enhancements and upgrades at regular intervals that create cost savings over time.  

Current URMA users are invited to attend a one hour training session and review the updated instructions. Visit the RIM website for information on becoming a new URMA user.
